Seeking a Java / J2EE Programmer to join technical development team. It requires a bachelor’s degree and six or more years of progressive application development experience in the Java / J2EE space.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing large-scale applications in a hosted production environment. They need to have experience with several software development life-cycle processes and the ability to create and analyze UML artifacts.

The candidate must have experience with J2EE 1.2 (or later) platform and supporting technologies such as JNDI, JAXP, JMS, JDBC, and CMP. A strong background in Front-End development using HTML, JavaScript and CSS is must. Additional J2EE Development experience must include JSP, Servlets, and EJB. The candidate should also have experience with JBoss 4 or Websphere Application Server 6 (or later) and be experienced with open-source tools and toolkits such as Eclipse, Maven, Continuum, JUnit, Log4J, Struts, Spring, Castor, Axis, and Ant. He/She needs to have experience working with Relational Databases, particularly Oracle 9i (or later).
